Le Cap-Ferret abrite de nombreuses célébrités, dont Pascal Obispo. Il y possède une grande propriété qui comprend une maison principale, des cabanes et un studio d’enregistrement. Pascal Obispo adore le bassin d’Arcachon depuis son plus jeune âge.
Il y passait souvent ses vacances. Il lui a même dédié des titres comme « L’Île aux oiseaux » par exemple. Il a fini par y acheter un terrain de 44 hectares en 2004. Sur ce terrain, il a construit une maison, mais aussi une piscine et un étang. La propriété lui a coûté 5 millions d’euros.
