PIERRE CARDIN – THÉOULE-SUR-MER (350 MILLIONS D’EUROS)
Pierre Cardin est un styliste célèbre mondialement. Il possède une maison dans les Alpes-Maritimes, à Théoule-sur-Mer. Sa demeure s’étend sur une superficie de 1 200 m2. Elle est vraiment immense. D’ailleurs, on y trouve 29 pièces comprenant des chambres luxueuses, un salon original, etc.
La maison adopte une forme arrondie. Elle se situe sur un terrain de 7 000 m2 qui abrite également un amphithéâtre pour 500 personnes. Bien qu’il adore cette magnifique demeure, Pierre Cardin l’a quand même mis en vente en 2016 pour la somme de 350 millions d’euros.
