Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s East Hampton mansion is the definition of luxury. Known as the “Pond House,” they purchased this $26 million estate in 2017, and it’s nothing short of spectacular. Spanning 12,000 square feet, the home features seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, and jaw-dropping custom touches like hand-carved marble tubs and woodwork that screams sophistication.
Set on two acres, the property offers 203 feet of private waterfront on Georgica Pond, plus views of a 17-acre meadow preserve. The 30-foot-high living room has massive windows to let in tons of natural light. To top it off, there’s a 1,800-square-foot guest cottage with a kitchen and two bedrooms.
