Hugh Grant’s Unexpected “Lock-In” Moment
At the premiere of “Music and Lyrics,” Hugh Grant faced an unexpected and hilarious twist that could have been straight out of a romantic comedy. A prankster posing as an adoring fan handcuffed herself to him, leaving the star visibly amused yet understandably perplexed.
The situation quickly escalated as it turned out she “forgot” the key—because it was all part of a gag for a Dutch TV show. Hugh, ever the gentleman, took it in stride with his trademark charm. Eventually, police and fire rescue arrived to set him free, but not before the moment stole the show and gave the premiere a quirky headline.
