Celle qui a tourné dans de nombreux films comme « Peau d’âne » par exemple est une vraie icône du septième art. Catherine Deneuve a gagné une belle fortune grâce à la renommée qu’elle a pu obtenir suite à ses talents. Cette fortune lui a ensuite permis d’acheter un château à Guainville.
Ce château a été baptisé « Château de Primard ». Il date du XVIIe siècle et coûte environ 3,9 millions d’euros. La maison est très spacieuse. Sa cuisine s’étend par exemple sur 50 m2. Catherine Deneuve possède une piscine à l’extérieur. Bien qu’elle ait vécu dans ce château durant une trentaine d’années, elle a fini par le vendre.
