La fortune de Bernard Tapie lui a permis de construire un important portefeuille immobilier comprenant des immeubles en France, mais aussi une maison à Combs-la-Ville, en Seine-et-Marne. Cette dernière fait partie des maisons qu’il préfère le plus. Il l’utilisait pour se reposer et pour s’évader.
Le regretté Bernard Tapie possède aussi une maison à Saint-Tropez. Elle s’étend sur environ 500 m2 et lui a coûté dans les 47 millions d’euros. Elle porte le nom de « La Mandala ». Sa maison à Saint-Tropez est splendide, en plus, elle possède un accès privé vers la plage des Garniers.
