Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island mansion, famously dubbed “Holiday House,” is a seaside stunner with a story to tell. Bought in 2013 for $17.75 million, this 11,000-square-foot estate sits on the highest point in Watch Hill, offering jaw-dropping views of Little Narragansett Bay.
The colonial-style home, built in 1930, has eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, eight fireplaces, and a massive 45-foot sunroom perfect for taking in those ocean breezes. The five-acre property also features 700 feet of shoreline, making it an entertainer’s dream. Taylor has famously thrown unforgettable Fourth of July parties here, with celebrity guests like Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
