The home’s historic charm is complemented by modern amenities, including a spacious kitchen with marble accents, formal living and dining rooms, and a beautifully landscaped garden and terrace. Its location offers proximity to esteemed private schools and a vibrant cultural scene. The Obamas chose to remain in Washington, D.C., after leaving the White House to allow their youngest daughter, Sasha, to complete her high school education.
