Gwen Stefani – $21.65 Million (Beverly Hills)
Purchased in 2006 for $13.25 million, Gwen Stefani’s 15,018-square-foot estate, famously known as “The Summit,” offered a glamorous retreat in one of L.A.’s most exclusive neighborhoods. The home featured seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and eclectic interiors that reflected Gwen’s iconic style.
Outside, the property was a dream come true. A resort-style pool and a tennis court were perfect for entertaining, while the guesthouse provided a private escape for visitors: the lush gardens and spectacular views added to the home’s allure. In 2019, Gwen sold this estate for $21.65 million, marking it as one of Beverly Hills’ standout properties.
