Wrong Time for a Selfie
John Palminteri was delivering a live news report in 2016 when an overly enthusiastic young man decided it was the perfect time for a selfie with his favorite reporter. The man popped into the frame, phone in hand, ready to capture his moment of fame. Without missing a beat, John gave him a quick push out of the shot and carried on with his report as if nothing happened.
The smooth reaction had us all laughing at John’s professionalism and quick reflexes. The photobomber’s unexpected cameo turned a serious segment into a hilarious live blooper that Santa Barbara won’t forget anytime soon!
