Live TV is full of surprises, but Tucker Carlson’s unexpected snooze on Fox & Friends in 2013 took the cake. After filling in for a late-night show, Tucker decided to catch a quick nap during a commercial break. The problem is he didn’t wake up in time. As the show returned live, he sat there, head down, fast asleep.
When Tucker finally stirred, thinking they were still off-air, he quipped, “I know we’re not on television, so it doesn’t bother me.” And when he realized they were live, he grabbed his coffee and rolled with it, turning an embarrassing moment into a hilarious on-air blooper.
