During a live broadcast in 2015, KTLA reporter Wendy Burch was delivering a segment when an unexpected guest decided to join the scene. A man quietly positioned himself behind her, striking a pose without her noticing. When Wendy turned and saw the stranger, she let out a startled scream, momentarily losing her composure.
The surprise was mutual, as the man also appeared taken aback by her reaction. Wendy returned to the studio and laughed off the incident. She later shared the clip on social media, humorously commenting, “Not sure who is more scared… the reporter, or the creeper who scared the bejeezus out of me.”
